The Somali Research and Development Institute (SORDI) hosted the first Cash Flow Management training. This event, attended by 22 finance directors from our partner organizations, marks a significant step in enhancing financial management skills within the healthcare sector.

The training session was highly engaging, featuring active participation and in-depth discussions. Attendees had the opportunity to explore the intricacies of cash flow management, exchange best practices, and examine new strategies to improve their financial operations.
